Maureen M. Walters, Esq., is the founder and Principal Attorney of Archer Law, PLLC. A native of Strongsville, Ohio, Maureen is dedicated to helping small business owners thrive and ensuring families have adequate representation for their legal matters. She specializes in Business formation, Family law, and Wills, Estates and Trusts.

Maureen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Kent State University and received her Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law. While at Michigan State, she participated in the Small Business Law Clinic, focusing on areas such as Business Entity Formation (Incorporation), Contracts, Trademarks and Licensing. Along with clerking at the Circuit Court Family Division in Kalamazoo.

Maureen built a distinguished career as an experienced leader spanning over 15 years. Maureen has a practical understanding of complex business operations and compliance challenges that directly informs her legal counsel, particularly in business and contractual matters. She has been licensed in the State of Michigan for a decade.
