Walters, Esq. is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Archer Law, PLLC, where she is driven by a commitment to empowering small‑business owners and supporting individuals through life’s most meaningful legal decisions. Her practice focuses on business formation, ongoing business‑planning services, and wills, estates, and trusts, offering practical solutions delivered with compassion and clarity.

Originally from Strongsville, Ohio, Maureen earned her B.S. in Biology from Kent State University and her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law. At MSU, she served in the Small Business Law Clinic, assisting entrepreneurs with entity formation, contracts, trademarks, and licensing, and later clerked for the Kalamazoo County Circuit Court, Family Division.

Maureen brings more than 15 years of leadership experience to her legal practice, giving her a deep understanding of business operations, organizational challenges, and compliance needs. Licensed in Michigan for over a decade, she is known for her practical insight, steady guidance, and unwavering dedication to the clients she serves.
